I believe her name was Charlene—she was especially kind and made me feel so comfortable, which meant a lot to me since I’m very self-conscious about my smile. I had expected I might need extractions due to crowding, but they reassured me that likely won’t be necessary. My daughter was nervous about her first orthodontist appointment today. Right when we walked in, she got excited seeing her name on the neon board and we were greeted right away. Everyone was incredibly nice and off we went to a room for her consultation. After X-rays and pictures, we met Dr Levitt. He was so kind and gentle.
