All procedures were carried out carefully and without unnecessary discomfort, the doctor was always interested in my well-being. I really liked that each visit was accompanied by clear explanations about the work done and further steps.

I had such a great experience—everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming! The space was clean and beautifully maintained, which made me feel at ease right away. I believe her name was Charlene—she was especially kind and made me feel so comfortable, which meant a lot to me since I’m very self-conscious about my smile. I actually teared up when they told me I could be scheduled for braces as soon as the middle of next month. I had expected I might need extractions due to crowding, but they reassured me that likely won’t be necessary. I’m beyond excited to start this journey with them and can’t wait to come back for my braces!

We LOVE Leavitt Ortho!! Their customer service and level of care is unmatched. Dr Leavitt is so personable and knows and interacts with every patient. He makes sure we understand each step in our journey and what comes next and why. Everyone from the front office to the dental assistant staff are so friendly. The office is fun and inviting. My daughter was nervous about her first orthodontist appointment today. Right when we walked in, she got excited seeing her name on the neon board and we were greeted right away. Everyone was incredibly nice and off we went to a room for her consultation. After X-rays and pictures, we met Dr Levitt. He was so kind and gentle. At the end, my daughter got a gold coin to put the fun toy vending machine on the way out. It was the cherry on top. We had such a great experience and highly recommend it!

I started going here when I was 14 and I have never loved staff more. I am 22 now and I still rave about it till this day. Everyone is so welcoming and I recently had to return for a retainer replacement and I adore how people still remember you and the staff always goes above and beyond. My mother and I both got treatments here for years and I couldn’t recommend any place better.

My daughter and I just have loved coming in at every appointment. Since our very first consultation Dr. Leavitt was very nice and his entire staff is just incredible. Everyone is always very nice and greets you every time. Enjoyed a couple laughs being there. Going to miss visiting every month to get our daughter’s rubber bands changed. Our experience here has been and is great! When and if my younger daughter ever needs braces, i know exactly where to come 🙂 Thank you all for everything 🙂

I am a total dental work coward so when I give a 5 star rating that is really high praise!! I had a migraine headache start on my way to the appt and they totally worked with me to do what they needed to do while making me comfortable with the whole process. I think I picked a winner, would recommend Whitewater Ortho to all my family and friends!!

When my sister's and I were kids we had a dentist that always said we needed work when we didn't. Having a dental professional that says nothing's wrong and sending us on our way is so amazing.

My daughter has an interesting set of teeth requiring a long plan of action. The team at Whitewater has been super supportive and explains what is going on every step of the way. I won’t say my daughter loves the process, but they make it as easy as possible and make sure she is comfortable with what is going on and why.

This afternoon my son got to say GOODBYE to braces!!! The staff at Whitewater Orthodontic Studios are top notch and give first class service to their patients and families, even provide after hours care for those unfortunate dental emergencies. Absolutely amazing!
I have a career in the dental field and was very hesitant coming into the appointment knowing the estimate I received from a surrounding office. As soon as we were brought back and I started chatting with Charlene she instantly started to take the hesitations I had and melt them away. She was very personable and professional. When Dr came in he sat down and greeted my son first; which is huge considering the other office the Dr was in the room for less than 2 minutes. He listened to my concerns and actually looked at his mouth; which again wasn’t done at the other office. Before leaving the Dr stayed and explained the treatment plan he suggested and answered any questions myself or son had. After the Dr left Charlene sat and explained/showed my son what to expect and told him about the treatment. She included him and got him excited to start this journey. All in all I’m verrrry happy with my visit and will be starting my son’s treatment soon. There is no need to take him anywhere else when they made me feel welcomed and at home when we entered.

I am really really floored with all of the staff at Whitewater- they all know me by my first name, and always have kind words for me when I visit. I get checked in before I even have a chance to sit, and have NEVER waited more than 4 minutes max. I highly rate White Water Ortho Clinic and entire team. Very impressed and grateful for everyone on the team!
